Positive brand perception results for LEGO and DOT

Ranking the best-perceived brands

The YouGov Brand Index is a daily tracking of how more than 430 different brands are perceived and shows the brands that have the most positive mentions. YouGov interviews 200 people every day who are a broad representation of the general population and asks them about their general attitudes towards different brands. One of the parameters that the YouGov BrandIndex uses is brand buzz.

The buzz score is calculated by asking respondents if they have heard anything positive or negative about the brand in ads, news, via friends or family within the last two weeks. The net score is the sum of positive minus negative statements.

Brands that have seen the highest positive increase

Another positive development taken from the YouGov index is Danish brands that have had the biggest rise in their buzz score compared to the previous year.

On this list, DSB (National Danish Railway) has seen the most improved buzz score with a 5,4 point increase, while Rejsekortet (the Danish travel card) has also seen a positive development. And for the second year in a row, Rejsekortet has seen the greatest increase in impression score amongst Danish women.

Having worked on several different campaigns for DOT, we are proud to have contributed to this positive development. You can read more about our work for DOT here
